小型涡喷发动机整机流场数值模拟技术研究

摘    要:为计算某小型弹用涡喷发动机流场,研究了针对涡喷发动机整机的建模、网格处理以及动态工作点确定等关键技术。通过复杂结构部件建模和拼接,建立了涡喷发动机整机流场计算网格,理论模型中考虑了叶轮流场、湍流和燃烧过程的模拟,并以作用转子上气动力矩为基础计算转子的转速。在通用计算流体力学(CFD)软件中,通过编写UDF程序构建了发动机流场的计算框架。结果表明:全机流场仿真技术为分析涡喷发动机工作过程提供了有力工具,同时揭示了几何建模的精度等因素对计算结果准确性有较大影响。

Abstract:The CFD technology was studied for analyzing the flow field of a missile micro-turbojet.The theory model was founded,in which the turbulence model,the slide mesh,the discrete phase modeling and the combustion model were taken into account.The technology for geometry modeling of the micro-turbojet was studied and the mesh of the missile micro-turbojet in full scale were founded.Base on CFD solving tackle,the parallel computation was carried out with UDF program.It was shown that the flow field was simulated accurately.
