| 摘 要： | 态度决定一切的哲言愈来愈为人们所认识。笔者从态度的意义、构成、机理以及塑造出发，通过对态度这一概念的科学理解，结合实践的探讨，本着人本的思想、科学的理念，探索在实施教育的过程中如何使态度的形成更为科学化、人性化，从而达成积极态度培养的目标。

| Abstract: | A fable says attitudes speak louder. So the author shows her views on basis of significance of attitudes, components of attitudes and cultivation of attitudes. She presents the readers how to understand the notion of attitudes. Accordingly, she concludes that taking humanity and ideology into consideration will help the students form a scientific, healthy attitude. |
