| 摘 要： | 贡献排序法的量化考评指标不能分解得太简单,也不能过繁、过细.思想政治表现得分可以运用模糊数学原理进行评价,实行定性向定量的转化.教学业绩考核内容要考虑教学工作量、教学效果等4个方面.科研业绩考核内容要考虑学术论文得分、著作得分等11个方面.荣誉称号可以按7个层次计分.其他项目计分要考虑学历、学位、留学、国内进修4项内容.

| Abstract: | The contents in "Contributing Row" cannot be divided either in too simplified way or in trivial details.The scores can be obtained by "Dark Mathematic Principle".The transformation from nature determination to quality determination should be put into practice.Teaching achievement includes workload,teaching effects,etc.Scientific research work includes academical compositions,and works,etc.Honour designations should be assessed in 7 levels.Other items like educational level,degree,abroad study and inland advanced study also should be put into consideration. |
