摘    要:在沿海地区服役的飞机 ,通常是在含有腐蚀性气体和在高温及高湿热复杂环境条件下工作的。此时 ,暴露在外部及内部需经常拆卸的飞机螺纹连接件的锈蚀问题 ,严重地影响了飞机连接件的正常拆卸和安装及连接件的寿命。为提高飞机螺纹连接件的抗腐蚀能力 ,改善飞机的维修性能和提高飞机的使用寿命 ,本文根据镀层厚度与螺纹配合间隙的关系 ,结合国内外相应标准的规定 ,在保证螺纹连接强度的情况下 ,对如何合理选择镀层厚度和螺纹配合间隙来提高抗腐蚀能力的问题做了论述

Abstract:Corrosive gases and high-heat/high-humidity environmental conditions in coastland where aircraft operate, result in threaded fastener corrosion rust which seriously interferences with normal removal/installation and service life of the fasteners. In order to enhance their corrosion-proof capability and improve maintainability and service life, the author makes a suggestion of reasonable selection of the coating thickness and thread fit clearance while ensuring the thread attachment strength, based on the relationship between the two quantities and in reference to applicable domestic and foreign standards.
