| 摘 要： | 在CCD相机的研制工作中,需要将多个CCD安置于CCD相机的焦面位置处,并使各CCD像元之间相对于相机焦面的共焦偏差满足相机设计要求。为了达到这一目的,需要对多个CCD进行焦面测量。文章对各种误差因素在测量过程中的影响进行了分析。

In order to get the target, we should measure the focus of CCD.This paper discusses and analyses the focus error in the measurement. |
