| 摘 要： | 以活性碳为吸附剂,对HTPB推进剂小型装药线混合、浇注、硫化岗位空气中的污染物进行了富集采样。样品经超声解吸后,利用气相色谱－质谱联用分析技术对所得样品进行定性分析,发现污染物多种,其中主要是4－乙烯基环己烯、乙酸乙酯,此外还含有较多的1,5－环辛二烯、1,2－二乙烯基环丁烷等。丁羟橡胶中的小分子副产物是构成混合、浇注岗位空气污染的重要物质。

| Abstract: | The pollutant samples in air of mixing,casting and vulcanizing sections of small-scale HTPB propellant processing line were taken by use of activated carbon.After desorption with ultrasonic,the samples were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).A lot of pollutants were found,among which the major varieties are ethyl acetate,4-vinylcyclohexen?1,5-cyclooctadiene and 1,2-divinylcyclobutane.Small molecular by-products during HTPB manufacturing are the major air pollutants of mixing and casing section. |
