摘    要:介绍了用于某型号飞机的大容量存储器的设计方案。以ATmega 128单片机为核心进行大容量存储器软硬件设计,采用高速RS422接口进行实时数据通讯,采用Flash存储器实现了2GB大容量存储;利用以太网接口完成10MB/s的高速数据读取。文章给出了系统的程序流程和通用串行口的详细设计和实现。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design scheme of mass storage equipment used on aeroplane. The hardware and software of mass storage equipment were designed based on ATmega128 MCU, which realizes real-time data communication through RS422, accomplishes 2 GB storage capability by using flash memories and read data from processor at the speed of 10 MB/s via Ethemet port. The program flow and USART are introduced in the paper in detail.
