分舱耦合体系下的新型卫星热控平台技术

摘    要:首先说明了热控体系、热控平台技术、热控分系统、热控措施之间的关系,然后描述了卫星热控设计体系的构建过程,在此基础上,简述了卫星系统发展对热控体系提出的挑战和一个理想热控设计体系所应具有的特征,同时对当前已有的热控设计体系进行了分析,并进一步提出了满足未来卫星发展需要的分舱耦合热控设计体系,针对在该体系框架内,阐述了基于分舱耦合分布式和分舱耦合集中式的可能应用情况,最后,描述了其应用涉及的关键技术。通过分析认为,分舱耦合体系下的新型热控平台技术,是满足未来卫星发展需要的趋势。

Abstract:This paper describes the relationship among thermal control system,thermal control platform technique,thermal control subsystem and thermal control methods firstly.Subsequently,the establishment process of the thermal control system is introduced,and then,based on the analysis,the new challenges to the thermal control system given by the satellite development are briefly described.Next,the characteristics of an ideal thermal control system is presented,and the existing system of our nation is analyzed,furthermore,a new coupled separated-module thermal control system,which is to meet the development requirements for future satellites,is introduced,and in the configuration of this kind design system,the possible application cases based on distributed coupled separated-module system and concentrated separated-module system are illustrated respectively.Finally,the key techniques associated with the application are described.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the new thermal control platform technique with separated-module thermal control system is the development trend to meet the future development of the satellites.
