摘    要:设计并制造了带有箔片密封式活塞加载装置的气体止推箔片轴承试验台,对带有冷却通道和径向辐射分布波纹箔片的止推箔片轴承进行了试验研究,分别在15000,20000,25000r/min转速下采用摩擦力矩法对带有冷却通道的止推箔片轴承进行了承载力测试试验.结果表明:带有箔片密封结构的活塞式加载装置能够很好地实现止推轴承加载功能,验证了试验台设计的成功,该止推箔片轴承在不同转速下分别得到了145,195,260N的推力,并且轴承承载力和气膜间隙成非线性关系.

Abstract:A gas thrust foil bearing test rig was designed and manufactured, and a piston loading mechanism with a foil seal was used to apply the load to thrust foil bearing. A thrust foil bearing with cooling air channels and radial radiation distribution bump foil was tested. The bearing load capacity at the speed of 15000, 20000, 25000r/min was measured by using friction torque method. Results show that the piston loading mechanism with this foil seal structure can supply enough load to the thrust foil bearing and the successful test rig design was certificated. Moreover, this type thrust foil bearing can achieve 145,195,260N respectively at these different speeds. The bearing load capacity has a nonlinear relationship with gas film thickness.
