国外智能制造标准化发展对中国航天的启示

摘    要:国际标准化组织以及德国、美国等工业强国的智能制造标准化工作已取得大量成果和经验,其标准体系、标准制定重点领域、标准化工作模式等方面的实践为中国航天的智能制造标准化工作提供了有益参考经验。我国航天行业应大力开展航天智能制造标准体系建设,积极转化适用的国外智能制造标准,探索智能制造标准验证模式,以数字化标准作为智能制造标准的突破口,开发标准数字化应用平台及工具。

Abstract:A lot of success and experience on smart manufacturing standardization has been obtained by international organization for standardization and industrial power like Germany and America. The practice on standard system, standard major field, standardization work mode of smart manufacturing can provide beneficial reference experience for standardization work on smart manufacturing of China aerospace. The standard system for smart manufacturing of China aerospace industry should be designed. A lot of smart manufacturing standards abroad that are useful in China aerospace should be translated. The verification mode of smart manufacturing should be explored. Digital standards should be the main direction of smart manufacturing standards. The standard digital application platform and tools should be developed.
