民机侧壁板结构鸟撞动响应分析研究与优化设计

摘    要:参考某民用客机座舱盖侧壁板结构的三维模型,基于鸟撞事故过程的特点与规律,在PAM-CRASH环境中建立了有限元鸟撞模型,计算所得的结果与试验结果吻合较好。根据分析结果,提出了几种侧壁板抗鸟撞设计的优化方案。从装配协调、结构重量损失等各方面比较了各种优化方案,通过有限元鸟撞模型对各方案抗鸟撞性能进行了动响应分析、比较。分...

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of the bird impact accident,the 3-D model of the wainscot structure is modified.A finite element calculation model has been built in the PAM-CRASH environment.The numerical result accords well with the experiment.Several optimization plans have been assumed according to the analysis result.A numerical simulation has been conducted to the optimization plans which are compared in assembly and structure weight range.The simulation results indicate that the anti-bird impact ability w...
