| Abstract: | The Modulation Transfer Function（MTF） is an essential parameter which reflects the function of surveying camera. The research on the influences of MTF on elevation precision has important meaning which can put forward the requirement of surveying camera and improve the elevation precision. A computer simulation experiment is implemented in this paper, including 3D modeling and imaging by 3D Studio Max, and image feature points are extracted by Harris operator and matching via singular value decomposition and the least square method, as well as the forward intersection to get the elevation value. Edge and pulse methods are used to measure the MTF of images, and the two methods can also verify each other, then the relationship between MTF and elevation precision can be built. |
