摘    要:对卫星上一种安装气瓶的包带抱紧结构进行了力学动态试验的分析研究,测试了包带抱紧结构组件的基频特性随拧紧力矩的变化以及随振动量级的变化,测试数据表明抱紧结构基频随拧紧力矩增加而提高,并在一定拧紧力矩下达到稳定。经过模拟星上振动环境的测试,得到了频率特性保持稳定的拧紧力矩。在三种不同量级的正弦振动下,试验数据表明振动量级会...

Abstract:This paper investigates the dynamical characteristics of a belt-clasp structure which is used to install the pressure vessel to the statellite.The relationships of the fundamental frequency of the belt-clasp with the preload and the vibration amplitude are measured,and the data analyses indicate that the fundamental frequency of the belt-clasp structure increases with the preload and reaches a stable value under certain preload.Through the tests simulating the satellite vibration level,the preload on the belt is obtained which could bear the satellite dynamic environment and basically keep the fundamental frequency of the belt-clasp structure unchanged.Under sine vibrations of three different vibration levels,the vibration data show that the fundamental frequency decreases with the vibration level,and the strong nonlinearity displayes in the belt-clasp.Finally,the tests on the vibration transmission in the belt-clasp structure under the sine vibration and the random vibration are carried out,the response data from the bottom to the belt-clasp interface,then to the top of the structure were analyzed and the vibration transmission in the belt-clasp structure is obtained.The test results show that the belt-clasp structure could isolate the random vibration very well.
