| 摘 要： | 视航空维修活动为“人-机-环境”系统,维修人员行为偏差是维修差错的本质特征,给出了航空维修差错定义,并把关联因素作为分析维修差错的主要途径,把后果分析作为重要内容,为维修差错研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Considering the action of aeronautical maintenance as the system of " man-machine-environment" , and the behavior deviation of maintainers as the essence of maintenance errors , this paper provides the definition of aeronautical maintenance errors. Besides, by regarding the maintainers, the equipment maintainability and the maintenance environment as internally and externally interrelated factors for analysing the contributing factors of maintenance errors; by taking the abnormity of sequence or state, the equipment damage and the personnel casualty as the main contents for analysing the consequence of maintenance errors, the theoretical basis for further study of maintenance errors is laid and the way for effective maintenance managment is shown. |
