| 摘 要： | 总结了美国通航的发展现状及机场的规划和建设情况,并结合我国通航的现有基础和下一步的发展思路进行了对比,分析了我国通航机场在布局规划、设施建设及政府推动方面存在的问题,并提出了具有可行性的解决方案,对我国通航的发展及通航机场的规划具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the current development of American General Aviation and its airport planning and design,and compares the current situation and future development of China＇s General Aviation to its American counterpart.The analysis points to the problems existing in layout planning,facilities construction and government promotion of China＇s General Aviation.To solve these problems,this paper then proposes a feasible scheme to direct the development of China＇s General Aviation and its airport planning. |
