| 摘 要： | 目前，我国养老保险改革正处于过渡时期，替代率较低，缺口严重，养老保险基金收支失衡问题严重。根据辽宁省历年的职工年平均工资情况及相关信息，结合我国养老金的计算法，分4个步骤对我国养老金制度改革进行了建模、求解、阐述。最后，根据研究结果并结合目前我国养老保险改革正处于过渡时期的实际情况，提出了维持养老保险基金收支平衡的几点建议。 |

| Abstract: | At present, China＇s endowment insurance reform is in the transition period, characterized by low substitution rate, serious gaps, and imbalanced endowment insurance fund payments. In this paper, based on the average yearly wage of workers in Liaoning Province and related information, using China＇s pension calculation method, modeling and solution are proposed by four steps for China＇s pension system reform. Finally, regarding the results and the present situation of China＇s endowment insurance reform in the transition period, some suggestions are put forward to maintain endowment insurance fund in balance. |
