摘    要:某发动机在试车过程中,发现压气机前排整流器叶片进气边出现裂纹,对叶片裂纹进行分析表明,主要是由于在空慢转速发生共振所致疲劳断裂,同时加工尺寸超差及材料性能不合格也是影响因素。采取对叶片局部加厚调整振动特性、控制加工质量等措施,使问题得到解决。经过试车验证采取的对策措施是有效的。

Abstract:Some cracks were found on the blades of the front rectifier edges while the engine was in test.After analyzing the fractured blades,it showed that it was because of resonance at idling speed.The defects of processing size of blades and material characteristics were also the factors.Partly thickening the blades which regulates the vibration characteristics and controlling the precision of processing size would resolve the above problems.The test testified that the measures carried out were effective.
