摘    要:针对不同空心玻璃微珠填充比的聚氨酯复合泡沫塑料进行了宏观压缩实验,研究了材料的准静态压缩性能。讨论了微珠与基体粘接界面质量以及微珠内外径比对材料性能的影响,发现界面粘接不良导致了材料性能的下降,并基于Mori-Tanaka方法和幂函数模型对不同粘接状况下材料弹性模量的上下限进行了预测。此外,还在扫描电镜下观察了材料形貌,并进行了细观压缩实验,观察了表面胞体的变形和失效情况,从而对这类材料的变形和破坏机理有了进一步的认识。

Abstract:Macroscopic compressive tests of polyurethane syntactic foams with different weight fractions of hollow glass microspheres are conducted.The quasi-static compressive mechanical properties of those materials have been investigated in this paper.The effects of the hollow sphere-matrix interfacial quality and the diameter ratio of hollow sphere are discussed.It is found that the bad bonding induces the decline of material properties.Furthermore,the upper limits and lower limits of Young's Modulus at different bonding conditions are predicted by Mori-Tanaka method and power law.In addition,the micro-structures of those materials are observed by SEM method,and the deformation and failure process are also observed in situ by a SEM during compression.It help to obtain a comprehensive realization to the failure mechanisms of those materials.
