多路协调加载试验中的常见问题与对策

摘    要:多路协调加载试验技术在进行结构强度试验中越来越受到重视。本文对多路协调加载试验设备及系统进行了简单介绍,重点针对多路协调加载试验过程中出现的诸如油源污染、系统激振、伺服作动器选取、控制参数的设定和试验安全等问题提出了应对措施.并就影响多路协调加载试验的相关问题进行了分析。应用本文提出的对策可以有效地解决多路协调加载试验过程中的常见问题。

Abstract:Test technology by multi-route harmonic loading used in structural intensity test has drawn extensive attention today. This paper presents simply the test facility and system of multi-route harmonic loading. It has stressed on countermeasures for oil system pollution, system oscillation, servo actuator selection, control parameter setting and safety matters that happen during a test. Associated problems that affect the test of multi-route harmonic loading have also been analyzed. Using these countermeasures, it will solve effectively problems that occur during the test with multi-route harmonic loading.
