基于ANSYS参数化语言的升力风扇无人机结构优化设计

摘    要:现代无人机的使用特点对结构重量提出了更高的要求。为了降低无人机的结构重量,针对升力风扇无人机特殊的结构特点及飞行工况,主要考虑无人机各元件的几何尺寸优化,利用ANSYS参数化编程语言APDL,建立升力风扇无人机优化设计的参数化分析程序,实现某升力风扇无人机的参数化建模、载荷加载、求解等分析过程,并对优化结果进行详细分析。结果表明:基于ANSYS参数化编程语言的升力风扇无人机结构优化设计方法是合理的、有效的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the structural weight of aircraft, structural optimization design for a Lift-fan UAV with ANSYS parameter design language(APDL) is carried on in this paper. Considering the special structural characteristics and flight conditions of the lift-fan UAV, the geometry optimization of the components was mainly conducted. At first, establishing the parametric analysis procedures for the structural optimization design of the lift-fan UAV was necessary. According to this procedures, the parametric modeling, loading and solving of the lift fan UAV were achieved. Then, using ANSYS optimization module was to complete the structural optimization. Finally, the results of the optimization were analyzed effectively. It shows that the method is rationality and validity.
