基于Matlab的液体冷却系统仿真与试验验证

摘    要:冲压空气温度和流量随飞行高度的变化而变化,导致特种飞机上的液体冷却系统存在诸多变化因素,在系统设计初期,计算量庞大且工况复杂。针对上述问题,利用Matlab的Simulink仿真平台,建立液体冷却系统主要部件的动态数学模型和系统仿真模型,并对系统进行仿真分析。将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,结果表明:仿真分析具有较高的精度,该仿真系统可以用于液体冷却系统的设计和优化。

Abstract:For liquid cooling system special on the plane, because the change of the flight altitude the ram air temperature and flow rate of change, so that the system has some changes, at the beginning of the system design, the huge amount of computation and the complex working conditions, based on this, this paper uses Simulink simulation platform Matlab, to establish the dynamic mathematical model of main parts of liquid cooling system at on the basis of previous studies, and establishes the system simulation model and simulation analysis of system. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental data, verify the simulation analysis are in high accuracy, prove that the simulation system can play an important role in the design and optimization of the follow-up of the liquid cooling system.
