摘    要:针对飞机机电综合管理系统的通信需求和控制策略,提出一种基于双通道和总线冗余的控制器局域网(CAN)的通信方法,以CAN2.0B协议为基础,制定CAN应用层通信协议。该协议完成报文结构设计,对每个功能段的含义和用法进行详细说明;系统各节点采用双滤波器模式,实现点对点和广播通信功能。基于本协议成功搭建面向机电管理系统的CAN总线通信仿真验证环境,实际通信测试结果表明:该冗余CAN总线系统工作稳定、可靠,应用层协议具有总线负载抖动较小、通讯实时性和可靠性较高的特点。

Abstract:In view of the communication requirements and control strategy of the electro-mechanical integrated management system, the communication method based on redundant CAN bus is put forward, and a practical CAN application layer protocol based on CAN 2.0B is established. The setting and signification for each function field in the designed frame structure is explicated. Dual filter mode is applied in each node to support point-to-point and broadcast respectively. The simulation and verification environment of CAN bus communication for integrated management of airborne electromechanical system has been established based on this protocol. Experimental results indicate that this redundant CAN communication system works well, the application layer protocol has the advantages of low bus loads, reliability and real time.
