摘    要:建立了用有限元子结构模态综合法进行轴向预紧端齿连接转子动力特性分析的公式系统。重点阐述如何考虑端齿及变轴力的影响, 如何获得变轴力端齿梁元的性质矩阵和建立变轴力端齿梁元及系统的运动方程。

Abstract:Formulation of the dynamic characteristic analysis for axially prestressed rotor systems with curvic couplings are presented by means of finite element substructure mode synthesis.Stress is put on the problems such as how to consider the influence of the curvic coupling connection and the variable axial force on the dynamic characteristic,how to derive the stiffness matrix of the curvic coupling beam element subjected to the variable axial force,and how to establish the motion equations of the curvic coupling beam element and the system containing these elements.This paper also describes the structure and functions of program DARC,which has been developed on the basis of the present work for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the rotor bearing case systems with curvic couplings and variable axial force.
