| 摘 要： | 与美，英体系相比、前苏联可靠性工程独具特点，对可靠性保证概念；可靠性工程与产品故障机理分析相结合；可靠性分析与系统功能分析相结合；可靠性工程与相关学科相结合；注重工程实用与ＣＡＤ化等五个方面进行了阐述，并强调了研究和借鉴前苏联可靠性工程的重要性。

| Abstract: | Comparing with that of American and Britain. the reliability engineering of former SovietUnion has its own features. These features are described with the following facts f the conceptof reliability assurance: combining reliability engineering with the analysis of failure mechanism. the analysis of system function, and the relevant disciplines: emphasizing engineeringapplications. and CAD technigues. The importance of investigating and making use of theirexperience in the area of reliability engineering is also emphasized. |
