摘    要:提出了一种基于环境试验的发动机舰面清洗时机研究方法。首先,通过海洋大气暴露试验,模拟某发动机部件典型材料在北方某海域服役的实际情况,并获取其盐沉积量与点蚀的变化规律,初步分析了这2个关键因素对于确定发动机舰面清洗时机的影响;然后,通过对比分析南方某海域与北方某海域的环境差异,综合给出某发动机在不同海域服役时舰面清洗时机的初步建议。

Abstract:A method to study shipboard washing schedule of a certain engine based on environment test was put forward. Firstly, the service environment in the northern sea of a certain engine was simulated based on the marine environment ex- posure testing, and the variation law about slat deposition and corrosive pitting of its typical components was obtained, and the influence of these two key factors to determine the shipboard washing schedule of the engine was preliminarily ana- lyzed. Secondly, through comparing the environmental differences between a southern sea area and a northern sea area, the suggestions on shipboard washing schedule of a certain engine when it serviced in different sea area was comprehensively gaven.
