| 摘 要： | 通过分析电连接器在振动应力作用下的失效机理，得出了电连接器接触寿命与振动应力之间的影响关系，建立了电连接器在振动应力作用下的失效物理方程，并进行了以随机振动应力为加速因子的恒定应力加速寿命试验，经对试验数据进行统计分析，验证了所建模型的正确性。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed electrical connectors degradation mechanisms under vibration stress,educed the relationship between contact life of electrical connectors and vibration stress,and built the failure physics equation.Using random vibration stress as the acceleration factor,processed accelerated life testing under invariableness stress,and analyzed this testing data,proved the model is collect. |
