| Abstract: | The paper describes the detection elements of the near-earth electromagnetic fields and the ionosphere.This kind of detection will be applied to build the Seismo-Precursor detection as well as the Earth Magnetic Field model,ionosphere structure model.It also introduces the study results on the system architecture of near-earth electromagnetic detection in China,which include the detection elements,detection instruments,satellite and platform requirements. |
