摘    要:混合励磁同步电机(Hybrid excitation synchronous machine,HESM)磁场分布往往呈现三雏特性,二雏有限元法难以适用.而三维有限元瞬态场分析的计算量巨大,进行混合励磁同步电机与控制系统外电路的闭环场路耦舍仿真目前还不现实,本文建立了切向磁钢HESM的三维有限元模型,由静磁场计算得到气隙磁通随励磁电流的变化规律.利用三雏瞬态场路耦合分析电机空载特性和外特性,由电势波形和矢量图推算不同励磁、不同负载电流下电机同步电抗值.根据电压方程建立了切向磁钢HESM的MATLAB/Simulink数学模型,仿真和实验结果验证了模型的正确性,为新型混合励磁同步电机的闭环系统仿真分析、快速计算提供了重要的分析手段.

Synchronous Reactance and Modeling Method of Hybrid Excitation Synchronous Machine
Abstract:The magnetic field distribution of hybrid excitation synchronous machine(HESM) has distinct 3-D characteristics due to the existence of the excitation equipment, thus the 2-D-FEA (finite element analysis) is unsuitable for analyzing the new machine. The 3-D-FEA model of the interior PM HESM (IPM-HESM) is built and the air-gap flux varied with excitation current is obtained by 3-D static magnetic field analysis. The synchronous reactance of IPM-HESM with different excitations and the load current is calculated by 3-D transient field-circuit coupled analysis. Based on the voltage equation of the synchronous machine, the MATLAB/Simulink model of IPM-HESM is built. Experimental results of output characteristics are in agreement with the simulation analysis by the MATLAB model. The result indicates that the developed model can provide an important help for the system level simulation of HESM.
