摘    要:采用三维更新Lagrangian格式固相控制方程和线性粘弹材料本构方程,应用非线性有限元法对某固体火箭发动机药柱星角上含有横向贯穿裂纹的药柱进行了三维应力、应变分析,采用三维J积分理论计算了裂纹缝线上各积分点上的J积分.J积分沿着裂纹缝线呈现中间高、两端低的分布趋势,缝线中间部位的J积分值最大,此处最易扩展;根据J积分判据,确定了药柱星角上含有横向贯穿裂纹的发动机安全工作时的最大裂纹深度.

Abstract:Based on 3D Lagrangian update format solid-phase governing equations and linear viscoelastic constitutive equations,the 3D stress and strain of a solid-rocket-motor grain with a transverse crack on its protrusion were analyzed by means of nonlinear finite element method.J-integral values on the Gauss integration points along the crack line were calculated by means of 3D J-integral theory.J-integral values along central line of the crack present certain distribution trend,i.e.higher value on the central line and lower value at the both ends of the crack line.J-integral value can reach the maximum in the middle of the central line,and the crack on the center is easily propagated.Under safety working state,the maximum crack depth on the motor grain with the transverse crack was determined by means of J-integral criterion.
