| 摘 要： | 通过实际调查，发现河南省企业集团存在对财务战略的重要性认识不足、“马太效应”明显、重制定轻实施、与其他职能战略整合性差和财务战略思维缺少特色等问题，针对这些问题，提出了相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Analysing the source material obtained by investigation, we find that there are such problems as financial strategic management ignored, obvious Matthew domino effect, active establishment and weak implement, inconformity with other strategies and uncharacteristic. Solutions are put forward to solve the problems. |
