摘    要:晶体管型电压调节器具有结构简单、工作可靠及成本低等优点,但现有的电压调节器普遍存在稳态电压调节精度不高的问题。本文根据某型晶体管电压调节器的工作特点,分析造成稳态电压调节精度差的原因;并提出采用励磁电流反馈的改进方法,即按占空比变化调节参考电压。本文推导了反馈电阻的了值方法。对JF15发电机的电压调节实验证实;采用该方法可以有效地补偿稳态电压偏差,提高电压调节器的稳态精度。

Abstract:The transistor voltage regulators have advantages of simple structure, high reliability and low cost. However the problem of large steady voltage error exists in most transistor voltage regulators. According to the working principle of the transistor voltage regulators, this paper analyzes the reasons that cause steady regulation error. The output voltage is seriously influenced by varied duty ratio, which is determined by the load of the generator. Because the field current is proportional to the duty ratio in a CSCF system, the field current feedback is adopted to adjust the referent voltage as the duty ratio changes. This scheme changes the referent voltage, which usually maintains an unchanged value. The method for setting the value of the feedback resistor is inferred. Some experiments are implemented on the JF15 generator. Experiments verify that the field current feedback method is efficient for eliminating steady regulation error and improving the steady regulation accuracy. The method can also be used in other automatic voltage regulators whose power voltage of field winding is constant.
