| 摘 要： | 部队后勤保障社会化取得的成效是有目共睹的，但是由于种种原因，部分单位还没有取得预期效果，本文尝试从部队后勤保障社会化中出现的矛盾人手，分析其产生的原因，提出构建顺畅高效社会化的运行机制的对策。
