Interchangeability of UAV Composite Material Cover

Using the interchangeability and coordination principles, the interchangeability of the composite material covers with flimsy rind and low rigidity is studied. Taking the demand for the interchangeability of single and double curve covers of one certain unmaned aerial vehicle (UAV) as an example, the interchangeability of the composite material cover is achieved based on the techniques of coordinating route, technics equipment design and admitting error distribution. A small batch productions verify that the interchangeability and the coordination principle are available and effective.
