冲击损伤对复材壁板强度性能影响的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究冲击损伤对复合材料加筋壁板稳定性和承载能力的影响,规划轴压试验对典型复材加筋壁板进行带损伤和不带损伤的对比试验,并考虑了不同筋条截面形状对抗冲击的影响。结果表明,在给定冲击能量下,长桁底缘边缘冲击损伤和长桁轴线冲击损伤对加筋板的稳定性和承载能力没有显著影响,在长桁面积相当的情况下, “T”字型长桁加筋板的抗冲击能力强于“工”字型长桁加筋板。

Abstract:Aiming to study the influence on buckling performance and load-carrying capacity of composite stiffened panels subjected to the impact damage, an experiment was executed to compare the typical composite stiffened panels with impact damage to the perfect panels, considering the impact-resisting behavior brought by the section shape of the stiffener. The result indicated that there was no obvious influence on the buckling performance and load-carrying capacity of composite stiffened panels with impact damage acting on the bottom fringe and axis area of stiffener under the certain impact energy, and the T-shaped stiffened panel is better than the I-shaped stiffened panel in the performance of damage resistance.
