航空装备修理工厂质量竞争力评价体系研究

摘    要:目前,国内缺少一套科学、系统的适用于飞机、发动机和导弹等航空装备修理工厂的质量竞争力评价体系。运用系统工程理论和过程分析方法,从质量体系能力、质量支持能力、质量运行能力和质量绩效能力四个方面构建涵盖19项二级、60项三级指标的质量竞争力评价指标体系;提出一种基于G1专家组合多重相关赋权的评价方法,全面综合决策者或专家意愿,形成一套标准化的权重系数集;依据评价准则,采用专家打分、模糊评价的方式对航空装备修理工厂质量竞争力进行评价,并作进一步分析。结果表明:该指标体系合理,评价方法可行,对航空装备修理工厂提高自身质量竞争力具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of a set of scientific, systematically applied to aviation equipment, including aircraft, engines and missiles repair factory quality competitiveness evaluation system, using system engineering theory and process analysis method, from the quality system, quality support ability, operation ability and quality performance ability quality four aspects to build the covers, 60 tertiary index of 19 two class quality competitiveness evaluation index system. At the same time, an evaluation method based on the G1-expert combination of multiple relevant weights is proposed to comprehensively integrate the intention of decision makers or experts to form a set of standardized weight coefficients. Finally, according to the evaluation criteria, the repair factory was evaluated by experts and fuzzy evaluation, and further analysis was made. Through the pilot evaluation, the rationality of the index system and the feasibility of the evaluation method are verified, which has certain guiding and referential significance for the aviation repair plant to improve its quality competitiveness.
