| 摘 要： | 该文论述了指数寿命型可靠性增长试验中的Bayes分析方法。文中首先给出了可靠性分析的模型，然后运用历次阶段性试验中的可靠性增长数据建立动态参数模型，在此基础上给出各阶段可靠性增长试验中失效率的Bares估计。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a method of Bayes analysis for reliability growth test of exponential life type. It gives first a model for reliability analysis and then a dynamic parameter model is built using the reliability growth data from all previous successive tests. The paper presents finally the Bayes estimation of failure rate from all successive reliability growth tests. |
