摘    要:介绍了一种基于柔性生产线的信息管理系统的结构、功能及特点,并对系统设计中有关技术问题提出了有效的解决办法。该系统是PAC模型的一个实例,它不仅能根据设备能力及各种物料实际准备情况,对MRPII下达的作业计划作出优化调整,产生较优的生产次序;且能通过对生产线生产信息和设备状况信息的数据采集,实时仿真生产线运行状况,实现对生产状况的远程监视;并对质量进行统计和分析,找到问题的症结,为进一步提高质量提供

Abstract:The structure, the function and the characteristic of management information system based on FML are introduced. The available methods in solving the key techniques are put forward. It is the implement of production activity control system. It can produce the optimized operation scheduling according to the device ability and the material reservoir and realize the remote monitor of production by data acquisition of the production and device information. Besides it also can analyze the quality of product, afford the gist to approve the quality by finding out the sticking point of problem and enhance the information circulating in shop floor to carry out the integration of MRPII and shop floor production management. The application shows that the system has the virtue of simple operation and easy extension. The design method is adapted for general shop floor management control system.
