摘    要: 根据一种组合强化模型及其弹塑性有限元计算程序,依据有关实测结构,通过等向强化和Ziegler随动强化的适当组合,满意地计算了两种铝合金板材不同胀孔量下的冷胀残余应力,获得了组合比例与胀孔量的关系。同时进行了二次胀孔及干涉配合与拉伸大载荷相互作用的算例计算和分析。

Abstract:The research work of this paper is related to the stress analysis of the cold-expanded and interference-fitted fastener holes.The study uses a combined hardening model and the associated elastic-plastic finite element program.In the analysis of cold expanded holes,good correlation between the available test results and the present calculations is achieved for two kinds of tested materials with properly selecting the combination proportion of isotropic hardening and kinematic hardening.The procedure of double expansion and the interaction between interference fitting and a remote tension cycle are also taken into account by the analysis of two calculation examples.
