| 摘 要： | 本文分析了火箭遥测数据的统计特性，提出了分块编码，固定码长输出的压方案，设计了采样分离算法。该方案采用小块数据独立编／解码，固定码长输出，具有较强的抗误码扩散能力和较好的自适应性。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the statistical characteristics of launch vehicle telemetry data and introduces the scheme of blocked code and fixed code length output,then the sample split algorithm are presented. Coding/decoding small block data,fix code length output,strong propagation containment and adaptive are the characteristics of algorithm. |
