| 摘 要： | 对大规模定制生产模式进行了简要概述。分析比较了大规模生产模式、持续改进生产模式以及大规模定制生产模式中各自质量保证技术的异同点和侧重点。重点研究探讨了大规模定制下的质量保证技术,并提出了相应的解决思路。
