| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员承担着对学生进行教育、管理和服务的重要职责，但长期以来在辅导员角色定位上存在着“错位”、“缺位”、“虚位”、“越位”的问题，并由此影响高校辅导员队伍的发展。本文从辅导员专业化发展与职业化管理、管理体制等方面来探讨高校辅导员队伍的建设。
