| 摘 要： | 近年来提出和迅速发展的VXI总线，代表着自动测试领域的发展方向。本文分析了VXI总线的技术背景和内涵，讨论了开发和组建基于VXI总线的自动测试系统时值得注意的若干问题，并简要介绍了作者开发的一套基于VXI总线的虚拟仪器系统。

| Abstract: | Recently VXIbus is quickly developed that is becoming the direction of the devel-oping of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment). In this paper, the technical background of the VXIbus is introduced, the problems in developing ATE based on VXIbus are discussed, and a Virtual In-strument based on VXIbus developed by the authors is as an example of ATE based on VXIbus. |
