环保型镁合金阳极氧化工艺研究

摘    要:利用正交实验方法对AZ91D压铸镁合金环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺进行了研究.结果表明环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺能在镁合金上形成银灰色的氧化膜层,所得膜层的综合耐蚀性能优于传统含铬工艺DOW17所成的膜;阳极化膜层的主要成分是MgO和Mg3B2O6;膜层具为多孔结构,孔径较均匀;膜层的成分和结构是影响膜层耐蚀性能的主要因素.

Abstract:The processes of the anodized film of environment-friendly for Mg alloys were studied by using orthogonal layout. The results show that anodized film formed by the process of the environment-friendly on Mg alloys is silvery gray color. The corrosion resistance of anodized film is better than that of conventional film formeB d by DOW17 process. The anodized film consist mainly of MgO and Mg3B2O6 . The anodized film have porous structure. The corrosion resistance of the anodized film is mainly affected by composition and structure of anodized film.
