全桥变换器中寄生参数对传导干扰的影响

摘    要:以全桥变换器为例,对其主要元器件的寄生参数进行测试,运用CADENCE软件提取印刷电路板上主要印制线的寄生参数。本文分析了全桥变换器主要寄生参数对电路噪声的影响,为开关型变换器的电磁兼容性研究打下了良好的基础。在SABER仿真环境中对传导性电磁干扰的噪声进行了仿真,结果表明,寄生参数对噪声的影响明显。

Abstract:The switch mode power supply (SMPS) develops towards the trend of high power and high power density. The high on off frequency results in the deterioration of electrical environment causes electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems. It is necessary and important to analyze EMI in the preliminary period. A full bridge converter is taken as an example to analyze its conducted interference and the main parasitic parameters are tested. The main parasitic parameters of main printed circuit lines are derived from the PCB board with the software CADENCE. Conducted interference noises are simulated in SABER simulational environment and the effects of main parasitic parameters on circuit noises are also analyzed, laying a good basis for the further study on the electromagnetic compatibililty (EMC) of the switch mode converters.
