超声电解复合微细加工硬质合金试验研究

摘    要:超声电解复合微细加工工艺具有效率高、精度高、环保安全等优点,在硬质合金材料微结构加工方面具有一定的技术优势和发展潜力.本文阐述了超声电解复合微细加工机理和试验装置,对硬质合金材料进行了多组对比工艺试验,分析了加工电压、进给压力、电解液等加工参数对加工效果的影响,优化了加工参数和加工条件,提高了硬质合金微结构的微细加工精度.
