| 摘 要： | 工程量清单报价是国际普遍应用的报价模式。推行工程量清单报价 ,能充分体现公平竞争的原则 ,有利于推进企业尽快建立起完善、合理的企业定额。企业定额可以真实反映企业的个别成本 ,是落实“合理低标中标、并且不低于成本价”的关键。推行工程量清单报价促进企业定额的建立 ,是我国建筑企业综合能力快速发展的客观要求。
