铼-钛(Re-Ti)功能梯度材料的设计与制备

摘    要:利用电子束熔炼技术在钛合金基体上制备了铼钛(Re-Ti)功能梯度材料。通过对Re,Ti元素基本性质及Re-Ti二元合金相图的分析设计了Re-Ti梯度材料。通过模拟电子束熔炼温度场,确定了制备梯度材料的混合金属粉末配比和熔炼工艺。实验结果表明:Re-Ti梯度材料成形良好,桥渡层中各元素沿厚度方向连续均匀变化。

Abstract:The functionally graded material of Re-Ti was developed using electrod-beam smelting (EBS) technology. Re-Ti graded material was designed based on analysising the physical properties and binary alloy phase diagram of Re, Ti. The component proportion of mixed metal powder and smelting processes was ascertained by simulating temperature field of EBS. The experimentatal results show that the figuration of Re-Ti graded material was fine. The elements distribution in bridge-intergradation layer is progressional uniformity diversification along the thickness.
