摘    要:给出了基于可编程跨导运算放大器(POTA)的有源滤波器设计方法.能在一定范围内实现跨导值程控调节,提高调节精度和准确度。并且利用Jacobi法求解相似对角形矩阵,避免解高次方程的问题。所设计的有源滤波电路不易受分布电容的影响,稳定性好、灵敏度低。给出了设计实例,显示了该方法的优点。

Abstract:A method of active filter designing based on Programmable Operational Trans-conductive Amplifies(POTA) is introduced in this paper. An adjustment of transconduction can be made with software to improve accuracy to a certain degree. The designing procedure is based on Jacobi method and similar diagonal matrix. The difficulties to find roots of high order polynomial can be avoided by using Jacobi method. Active filter circuit designed is composed of POTA and ground capacitors. It has the characteristics of high stability and low sensitivities,exclusive of irrelevant capacitors interference. A design example is given,and the simulated results show that the given method is suitable for continuous active filter design.
