| 摘 要： | 开展直升机减速器故诊断研究需要通过大量费用高昂的实验获取典型故障的信号特征。为降低实验费用,提出一种基于软件仿真获取直升机减速器故障齿轮时域信号特征的方法。仿真结果表明,采用该方法可以模拟减速器可能产生的振动信号。振动信号统计分析结果表明,可以通过振动信号的时域特征参数对故障的类型进行判断。

| Abstract: | Plenty of expensive experiments are needed to get the signal feature of helicopter gearbox's fault gear,which is the requirement of helicopter gearbox's fault diagnosis.A method of extracting signal feature of fault gear based on simulation is proposed.Simulation results show that the feature of vibration signal caused by fault gear can be obtained with this method.Statistic results of vibration signal show that the judgment of fault style can be determined with its time domain feature. |
