| 摘 要： | 分析了某武装直升机传动系统在失去润滑状态下其高速滚动轴承工作游隙的变化情况,推导出考虑构件弹性时轴承游隙变化量的计算公式,并以实例验算.为合理选择滚动轴承游隙值,提高轴承系统寿命乃至整个传动系统生存力提供依据.

| Abstract: | The work clearance of the rolling bearing affects its lifetime and survivability of the transmission system greatly.In the condition of loss of lubrication,the variation of work clearance in the high speed rolling bearing of helicopter transmission system is analyzed,and the factors such as the rolling bearing's installing,turning,difference in temperature and load are researched.The formulas for work clearance variation are derived with considering the elasticity,and the numerical example is presented.They provide the bases for choosing rolling bearing parameters reasonably,improving the lifetime of bearing system and the survivability of armed helicopter transmission system. |
